How long does it take to get set up?
The platform goes live on your site within a few days. If you're doing a strategy engagement first, your first event typically happens within 6–8 weeks of kickoff. Most clients are live faster than they expect.
Do I need a professional host or studio?
Not at all. Most brands start with a founder or team member as the host, a ring light, and a good phone or laptop. We help you get polished over time — you don't need to be perfect on day one. The authenticity of a founder hosting is often more valuable than a slick production.
Pricing & commitment
Is there a long-term contract?
No annual contracts on the platform — we're month-to-month. Strategy engagements are project-based with a clear 6-week scope. We'd rather earn your retention through results than lock you in contractually.
Can I start with just the platform and add support later?
Yes. You can subscribe to the platform and run events entirely self-serve. Session support is an add-on you can use per-session or upgrade to a monthly retainer whenever it makes sense for your volume.
